Clients are responsible for providing accurate and authentic documents. Any false information provided may result in termination of services without refund.

3. Payments & Refunds

Service fees are payable in advance. Government fees paid on behalf of the client are non-refundable once processed.

4. Limitation of Liability

TrustisFid is not liable for delays caused by government authorities, banks, or third-party service providers.
